Didn't realize this was a traditional thing. I randomly ordered one of these at Frontera Grill in Chicago a few years ago and daydream about it to this day. I made the mistake of shooting the tequila and using the sangrita as a chaser. Next time I order one, I'll try the alternating sips, I think I'd get more out of it that way.
