Don't Use Old Vermouth 16 Nov 2014
2:45 am

There are a lot of opinions out there that the dryness indeed is determined by the amount of vermouth and not the type of vermouth. At least a lot of bar(tenders) think of "very dry" = "almost only gin". Although that's kinda irritating after all ;)

I love the stories and details in this series. Spraying Amaretto on top is awesome and the movement of the hands is close to perfection in every single step. Hope therer are more episodes coming ;)

Yeah, you can't bash ABS enough for their videos ;) Totally like the style of your video, it is quite short but really gets down to the point ..and is still entertaining. Keept them coming ..and someone please make all the series that are still alive subscribable on itunes. Please.

Awesome recipe, tastes great! Only problem: I end up having pieces of the "walls" in the lemon in the drink what is kinda uncool. Would advise to squeeze it in..

I'm quite sure I've already asked this.. but this Itunes podcast never worked for me. Always end up with a N/A when trying to download it via itunes. This doesn't happen with Charlotte, James or Robert's podcast... And while I'm at it - any chance to provide ALL your series as a podcast? Would love to see some recipes again from Nathalie, by the way ;)

Tom Collins Cocktail 6 Aug 2012

Nice twist with the Old Tom Gin. It happens that I do have the Hayman's at home, so gotta try it next time with that. Tom Collins is an awesome drink anyhow... and you really tricked her at the beginning in an awesome way, yikes ;)

Very elegant, great ingredients.. Would have been interesting to have one drink stirred and one shaken as you are making 2 drinks anyhow ;)?

I totally agree with Alex on every single argument. This series idea has much more potential than just remaking the almost perfect videos from Robert Hess and Co. in an amateur way. I love Alex' idea of checking out different standard home bars and making drinks based on the liquor found, probably with hints what can be substituted by what and so on.

Maguey Harvest Cocktail with Tim Master 18 Dec 2011

Hi all! This podcast is totally awesome but I am still missing a proper way to subscribe to all the episodes. Is there a chance to provide an itunes podcast the same way as most of the other smallscreen network podcasts are promoted there? Or at least please keep the youtube playlist up-to-date. That would make things really easier! Thanks a lot for the effort and keep the great spirit! Andy

Looks simple but great. Do you have any recommendations on how to substitute the Purity vodka if it's not available. Are there other brands that are doing well here?

The flakes look really cool ;) There are some other products out there that are also quite simple: http://www.biozoon.de/shop/index.php/cat/c7_Drop-n-Go---WORLD-FIRST.html I have the CocktailPro set that comes as some sort of chemistry set.. nice stuff to experiment with.
