I LOVED the caipirinha pairing with the Sartori raspberry-washed Bella Vitano! Although I've been a fan of caipirinha for years, I never thought of pairing this with a cheese. And what a beautiful pairing it is, with the fruit-nut overtones of the Bella Vitano. I can't wait to share this delicious new cheese/cocktail discovery with friends when I entertain over the holidays. Keep those good, creative ideas coming from the Cheese Impresario.
