Hey Dinah, your drink would be better classified as an Manhattan variant. It sounds good though, I'd give that one a try!!

Of course, on the other hand, it IS most certainly old- fashioned in it structure. I can see what you mean though. Whatever anyone want's to call it, a good drink is a good drink. Cheers!!
