Thanks for this... just a suggestion, some tasting notes....to give an idea of what the outcome is like, the preparation is eloquently presented, as ever, but perhaps a sip, at the completion of your cocktail, and a brief description of the flavour, you might describe the flavour to those not yet accustomed. Thanks again for the excellent Cocktail Spirit series - an inspiration.
