I like the idea of pre-making a hot buttered rum mix,

In my bar I make them in the glass here’s what I use:

    2oz elements 8 rum
    3oz boiling water
    1 1/2 barspoons honey
    1 barspoon brown sugar
    1/2 barspoons cinnamon powder
    1/4 barspoons fresh grated nutmeg
    1 barspoon unsalted butter
    3 dried cloves

I add all ingredients and mix well
