The curtain has closed here at Tales of the Cocktail 2010 and the revelers have departed for their cities of origin. To celebrate the final days here in New Orleans, Natalie invited Jaime Salas and Gaston Martinez up to the suite to mix up a Milagro Tequilacocktail.

I think blending is a trend we’ll be seeing a lot more in the years to come. With tequilas, it seems like it could round out some of the edges that come from the vegetal high notes in most blancos and even some reposados.
