The Honey Hum Collins was inspired by local honey and HUM, a unique herbal liqueur. Combined with Maker's 46 they create a deliciously flavorful twist on the classic Collins. *Check out the HUM site for stores that carry it.

Recipe
Tom Collins
- 1 1/2 oz Maker’s 46
- 1/4 oz Hum Botanical Spirit*
- 3/4 oz Liquid Kitchen Honey Syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz soda
shake with ice
strain into an ice filled collins glass
top with soda
garnish with hibiscus flower, lemon wedge and honey comb if available

What kind of jigger did you use in this video?
HI Jeff, I used a ProJig from Uber Bar Tools. One of the sides has the jigger broken down into 1/4-1/2-3/4 ounce sections. Very cool for precise measuring! Enjoy!
Did this recipe substituting with Bookers Bourbon, and Barenjagers Honey liqueur…great recipe Kathy!
