The Honey Hum Collins was inspired by local honey and HUM, a unique herbal liqueur. Combined with Maker's 46 they create a deliciously flavorful twist on the classic Collins.

3/4 oz Liquid Kitchen Honey Syrup

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz soda

Top with soda.

Garnish with hibiscus flower, lemon wedge and honey comb if available.

I apologize if this has been asked before…
What kind of jigger did you use in this video?

HI Jeff, I used a ProJig from Uber Bar Tools. One of the sides has the jigger broken down into 1/4-1/2-3/4 ounce sections. Very cool for precise measuring! Enjoy!
