In Swedish, frisk means fresh. This cocktail, the Frisk, is the epitome of fresh: fresh ingredients and fresh flavor set off by a hint of caraway from a quality aquavit and a complex character vodka.

How to Make the Frisk Cocktail

  • 3 - 4 cucumber slices
  • 1/8 oz wash of aquavit
  • 3 oz Purity Vodka
  • garnish with sliced cucumber and a sprig of dill

    Instructions

    muddle cucumber in a mixing glass

    add aquavit and Purity Vodka

    fill with ice and shake

    double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
