Frisk Cocktail

In Swedish, frisk means fresh. This cocktail, the Frisk, is the epitome of fresh: fresh ingredients and fresh flavor set off by a hint of caraway from a quality aquavit and a complex character vodka.

Recipe
Ingredients
3 - 4 cucumber slices
1/8 oz wash of aquavit
3 oz Purity Vodka

Instructions
Muddle cucumber in a mixing glass.
Add aquavit and Purity Vodka.
Fill with ice and shake.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with sliced cucumber and a sprig of dill.
