Ramos Gin Fizz

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 6 drops orange flower water
  • 1 oz cream
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 oz soda water
  • Instructions

    dry shake all ingredients except soda water

    add large ice cubes and shake vigorously for as long as possible

    add soda water to pint or collins glass

    pour shaken ingredients over soda water

    garnish with a slice of orange

    Good episode, absolute classic drink, standard. Billy it’d be nice if these episodes were toned down a bit, the guys seem like really good bartenders and the choice of drink and location; sweet. But a bit loud and boisterous, that’s not what we do behind the bar.
