Quinn Sweeney of LibationLab.com is a trooper. Under the weather and not sure of what he got himself in to, Quinn stepped up to the plate for Jim and Rocky on their first night at Cantina in San Francisco.

Alaskan Sour

  • 1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin
  • 1/2 Yellow Chartreuse
  • 3/4 lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • dash egg white

    • Instructions

    combine ingredients and dry shake

    add ice to shaker

    shake

    serve in a cocktail glass

    garnish with a lemon twist
