Tatsu Oiye of The Sporting Life, Los Angeles and The Los Angeles Cocktail Community dropped by 320 Main in Seal Beach, CA to help Jim and Rocky behind the bar. Would he be the first to tap out? Watch and find out. Either way, Tatsu is a joy to have behind the bar and within the cocktail community of Southern California as a whole. Check out Tatsu's profile!

Does anyone know the origin/creator of the Neener Neener? It sounded really familiar but I couldn’t place the source.

    Thanks!

The Neener Neener was created by me, Jim Romdall, from Vessel in Seattle.

Finally a busy evening!  This made for a much more intense viewing experience.  I think Tatsu really applied himself as much as possible.  Throwing drink orders at him was a bit much tho’, don’t you think?  I mean isn’t the barback supposed to remain in the background and not interact with customers?

    Cheers!

For me, the barback needs to do whatever needs to be done so that when busy the bartender can just keep going getting drinks out.
