Similar to the Whole Fruit Blended Daiquiri this version of the Margarita uses the entire fruit, not just the juice, to create great texture. A float of mescal and a Citrus Salt rim adds a little extra wow factor.

How to Make a Whole Fruit Blended Margarita

2 ounces (1/4 cup) Cointreau or other orange liqueur

1 large orange, peeled, cut in half and seeded

2 limes, peel cut off, cut in half and seeded

1/4 cup sugar

1 organic egg white or 3/4 oz pasteurized egg white (optional)
