How to Make the Spirited Chocolate Covered Cherry Milkshake

1/2 oz Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce

1 pint Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Ice Cream

3 oz Bulleit Bourbon

1/3 cup tart cherry pie filling

2 petite brownie bites or one medium brownie

Instructions

  • pulse ice cream in Vitamix Barboss Advance blender briefly
  • add bourbon, pie filling and crumbled brownie
  • pulse until just combined
  • serve in glass swirled with chocolate sauce topped with chocolate whip cream and a bourbon soaked cherry
  • make bourbon soaked cherries by draining the liquid from a jar of maraschino cherries
  • cover cherries with bourbon and let sit at least one week before use
