Tiki Time Cocktail

By CVoisey

Thinking of tiki cocktails conjures up visions of rum, tropical fruits and exotic ingredients. There is no doubt that rum plays a leading role in the tiki cocktails of yesterday and today. That being said, many great tiki cocktails use gin as a base. Charlotte adds her Tiki Time cocktail to that list.

2 oz Hendrick's Gin

3/4 oz orgeat syrup

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

3 oz coconut water

Charlotte,

This is a great light Tiki style drink!  I particularly like coconut water which gives it body, but also keeps the sweetness down.

Cheers!

Sounds delicious!

You’re shooting at the Rob Roy in Seattle aren’t you?

Thanks, Charlotte!

Blair - thanks!  I love this one - balanced and flavorful and of course all about the gin.
Rhett - yes, keen eye you have.

Thanks for watching!
