David Rosoff has been called the "Kevin Bacon of the Los Angeles restaurant scene"; he is a prominent figure to say the least. As Managing Partner of Osteria Mozza and its sister restaurants, David manages some of the hottest spots in LA. He is also a quintessential host and has a deep knowledge of Italian wine that he was happy to share with Billy.
