Fair Isle Cocktail

Scotch plays well with Cocchi Barolo Chinato. The name of the digestif isn't just fun to say; it's one of the world's finest digestivos infused with cinchona, ginger & rhubarb. A fortified nebbiolo wine infused with tasty stuff and a little sugar make it amazing in cocktails like the Scotch based Fair Isle.

Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 oz scotch

1 oz Cocchi Barolo Chinato

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

1 dash Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters

Instructions

Measure scotch, cocci, and grapefruit juice into a cocktail mixing glass.

Add bitters.

Fill with ice, cap and shake vigorously.

Strain over fresh ice into an Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with grapefruit peel.
