Swagger Cocktail

Brunch cocktails typically come in one form: the Mimosa. Although delicious, the Mimosa is a bit lacking. Jamie's bar, Canon, in Seattle, serves a great brunch; with great brunch, there must be great brunch cocktails. Zucca Rhubarb Liqueur and fresh grapefruit juice give the Swagger Cocktail more depth and individuality than your average Mimosa.

Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Dubonnet

1/2 oz Zucca Rhubarb Liqueur

1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice

Instructions

Shake ingredients with ice.

Strain into a cocktail coupe.

Garnish with lime wedge.

Can’t wait to visit Canon, stunning bar.  Question from over here in Toronto - where do you get your barware specifically your shakers? and glassware? Just gorgeous.  Keep up the great work, I always look forward to your videos…
