Atomic Orange Cocktail

Flash-blended Tangerine Ginger Water's fragrant note combines perfectly with PAMA's bright-tart flavors in this modern vodka cocktail. For cool DIY ice cubes freeze large cubes with pomegranate arils (seeds) in them. Ice molds are available online.

1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
3/4 oz Tangerine Ginger Water (recipe follows)
2 peeled tangerines or clementines, halved
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 slice fresh ginger
Measure vodka, PAMA and Tangerine Ginger Water into a mixing glass.
Fill with ice, then cap and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass with a large ice cube or filled with fresh ice.
1 teaspoon Dale DeGroff's Pimento Aromatic Bitters
Tangerine Ginger Water
Combine tangerines, sugar, water, and ginger in a high-powered blender and process until mixture is smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Stir in bitters. Store refrigerated for up to one week.
