1/2 oz Creme de Violette
1/4 oz Limoncello
dash of simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
add all ingredients with ice to Perlini shaker base and screw on top
inject CO2 threw one way seal using tank or device provided
shake
strain into a cocktail glass that has been prepared with a spritz of flamed absinthe
