The Fog Cutter

• 2 oz lime juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
• 2 oz light rum
• 1 oz brandy
• 1/2 oz gin
• shake with ice, strain over ice into glass
• add 1/2 oz float sherry

garnish: pineapple and cherry

glass: tiki or highball

tools: juicer, shaker, strainer
