Saturated with Sazeracs - Episode Three

The Sazerac

• chill small old fashioned glass
• to another glass add:
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• two dashes Peychaud's Bitters
• 2 oz Sazerac Rye
• fill with ice, stir
• discard ice from chilled old fashioned glass
• rinse or spray with Absinthe or Herbsaint
• strain other ingredients into prepped glass
