Saturated with Sazeracs - Episode Three
The Sazerac
- chill small old fashioned glass
- to another glass add:
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- two dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 2 oz Sazerac Rye
- fill with ice, stir
- discard ice from chilled old fashioned glass
- rinse or spray with Absinthe or Herbsaint
- strain other ingredients into prepped glass
