Fantastic!  I love the fact that no one says, “We’ve always done it this way”.  Jamie’s was probably the most far out there, but I liked that he was using more than one bitters in the drink.  I just began experimenting with this myself recently and found that it does add a layer of complexity that is unachievable otherwise.

Man. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this. I wish that I could have been there. It has inspired me to play around with the Old Fashioned. I really miss videos from all three of these great mixologists!
