How to Make the Purity Watermelon Habañero H2O Cocktail

1 oz Purity Vodka

3 oz Watermelon Habañero Water

Instructions

To make the water

1 cup diced watermelon

2 strips lime zest

1 thin slice habañero chile

1/16 tsp. salt

2 cups filtered water

  • combine ingredients in a glass pitcher and let sit, refrigerated for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • strain through a fine mesh strainer before use

    Looks simple but great. Do you have any recommendations on how to substitute the Purity vodka if it’s not available. Are there other brands that are doing well here?
