The Cherry Basil Collins is the epitome of a fresh, seasonal cocktail. Bright, sweet-tart cherries mingle with herbaceous basil for a refreshing Summer time sipper.

How to Make a Cherry Basil Collins

3 - 5 fresh cherries

1 - 2 basil leaves

1 1/2 oz Purity Vodka

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

2 oz soda water

Instructions

  • muddle cherries and basil in a mixing glass
  • add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
  • add soda water and strain into a Collins glass
  • garnish with lemon wedge, cherry and basil leaf
